The Hamptons at Brightwood is a prestigious community of 119 upscale large homes, built by Ryan Homes in Washington County, Maryland near Hagerstown, Maryland and only 25 minutes from Frederick, minutes to I-70 & I-81, Meritus Hospital, and across the street from Black Rock Golf Course and Washington County Regional Park.

Visitors considering our community as a new place of residence will notice that we are a neighborhood intent on building a community that is inviting, friendly and safe.

Trash pickup: Tuesday

*Yard waste pickup: Tuesday

Recycling pickup: Thursday

*April 1st to the first week of December

Trash and recycling services will be suspended on or before the 15th day of the month following that quarter's due date for non-payment. Services will not be activated until the account balance is less than $10.00. See the Resident Information Page for more details.
